I used to live with 8 other girls and Sicilia was the only pizza delivery option that we consistently agreed on. I think that sole fact of being able to please a bunch of girls that all have way different food preferences deserves a good rating. I wouldn't say the pizza's super dee duper spectacular, but it is good and settles the pizza cravings when it hits. I still crave this place occasionally when I'm reminded about all the late nights we ordered Sicilia. I've never actually been inside the actual establishment since we always had it delivered other than the one time I drove my boyfriend here and he went inside to get it; sometimes the delivery was a bit slow but whoever came to deliver our pizza was always nice I think one of them ended up recognizing us since we were ordering from Sicilia regularly on weekend nights haha!
I also highly recommend their honey biscuits. I have no idea why they're called honey biscuits since they're more like warm, fluffy, sugar/honey syrup-glazed doughnuts topped with powdered sugar (and a little crispy if you eat them fast enough) that happens to be shaped like a small biscuits. Either way, they're super good and are sold by 10 pieces per order so we'd throw in an order of that if we had room for it! -

We stopped here in the afternoon after picking up a package at the new Amazon station downtown. Since we had time to kill and plenty of money in the parking meter, we walked in to try out some new pizza.
It's not really designed for in-house dining, as there were just a few cornered tables. They weren't the most comfortable, but we chose the one on stools, under the television. We would have eaten outside, but with the breeze going, I didn't want my meal to cool off before I could enjoy it.
We ordered my staple pizza: sausage and pepperoni, which took the normal time to prepare. This pizza was one of the best pizzas I've tried in Columbus! I asked for a knife and fork because you minimize the risk of burning the roof of your mouth or your lip from biting down on it or pulling the slice away and making contact with stretching cheese. When you cut your piece (no, it's not a cardinal sin to use utensils) you can manage the size you want and place it where it needs to go. Try it, the next time you get a hot pizza.
The cheese was nice and soft, stretching well. The sausage and pepperoni were great in texture and taste and the bread was perfect! Nothing like a good temperature-hot pizza with a great balance of ingredients.
I don't care for the location, only because of the difficulty finding a parking space relatively close, but don't let that deter you. Between the location and the seating, I was tempted to give it 4 stars, but that pizza went beyond what I expected, so they got extra credit!
I fully intend to return and order another with additional ingredients. Be sure to add this one to your list. -

Ordered delivery, waited 70 minutes, then the order was cancelled for no reason.
Stellar customer service. -

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. They will literally steal your money I've ordered twice from them and not received any food, the staff is extremely rude as well.

I have to admit. I am in minute 90, waiting for this order and for help. Wish I would have looked at the star rating before ordering. Reviews are true: business is weak, disorganized, troubling.
